TQSolutions is pleased to announce a preview of TQweb, a browser-based version of TQSoft and TQAero thermal validation software.
TQweb is built on the proven TQSoft calculation engine. There is nothing to install: users can work from any modern web browser, on site or remotely, on a laptop, iPad or Android tablet.
Key features
- Secure cloud accounts. Each organisation has its own account with named users, user groups and role-based permissions, administered by the customer.
- Full audit trail of user actions and of changes to test specifications, reports and data, designed to support 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records, including electronic signatures.
- TQSoft-consistent calculations. Test specifications, lethality (F0/A0), saturation temperature (IF97 steam tables or EN 13060), interval calculations and pass/fail limits all match TQSoft. They cover sterilizer, washer-disinfector, incubator and stability chamber validation (EN 285, EN 13060, ISO 15883, ISO 17665, HTM 01-01).
- TQAero mode for AMS2750 furnace surveys, with separate sample data, sensor and logger calibration corrections, and SAT/TUS support.
- Interactive charts with saved zoom views, 3D chamber sensor diagrams, configurable report templates, and complete multi-section validation reports as PDF.
- Works alongside TQSoft. TQweb can open an existing TQSoft folder (TQweb+) and read your test specifications, data and report templates without changing them, giving current users a smooth path to the web.
- Try it with no installation. Sample tests and reports are included, so new users can explore TQweb without TQSoft.
- Available in six languages.
Coming soon
- Direct support for data loggers, including Fluke 1586/2638A Hydra, Keysight/Agilent 34970A/34972A and MadgeTech, through a small TQweb connector app on the user’s PC
- CSV data import
Preview access
TQweb is now open to a limited number of preview users. To request access or arrange a demonstration, visit tqweb.tqsoftware.com or contact us.
Used together with the TQSoft™ validation software tools for calibration, calibration checking, programming, downloading, analysis and reporting, the MadgeTech solution presents an extremely effective, accurate and cutting edge solution for a range of thermal validation applications.
The HiTemp150 temperature data loggers can be supplied with a 24” (61cm) flexible silicone rubber enclosed cable with 4” (10.16cm) penetration style stainless steel probe and 316 stainless steel body.
Connect multiple loggers to PC using multiple IFC400’s, limited by only USB expansion capability or number of IFC400’s available
